When you type a name or a date of birth into a search box on this site, that input travels directly to the outside provider that runs the search. The provider processes it and returns results. We do not keep or log the terms you enter.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email us, we hold on to the message so we can write back. It stays with our team. We do not pass it to anyone outside the organization unless a legal obligation requires it.

This site does not host, build, keep, or sell databases of warrants or personal warrant records. It publishes general guidance about where Cheboygan County warrant records are held and how to check them through the Sheriff's Office, the 89th District Court, the County Clerk, and the state's public case search. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing collected from visitors is assembled into a consumer report or a file about a third party.
